Our Predictions: Jaipur Pink Panthers 53:46 Dabang Delhi

Jaipur Pink Panthers finished the 12th match of their season in Pro Kabaddi League Season 4 on a satisfying note by beating Dabang Delhi 24-22 to clinch second spot.
The first half swung like a pendulum as neither team let the other run away with the match. The home team took an early 3-point lead through Meraj and Selvamani to the delight of the crowd. However, Jasvir Singh won 2 points for the Jaipur Pink Panthers as he reduced their deficit to just 1 point (6-7) in the 9th minute.
With the two teams level at 8 points each in the 16th minute, Panthers pulled apart and took a 3-point lead at the halfway mark. Meraj took over the reins and led from the front to ensure the team didn’t concede another defeat as they led 12-9 at half time.
With the Jaipur Pink Panthers on the verge of an all out, Meraj went in to inflict further misery on them in the second half. However, he was unsuccessful and the former champions levelled the score through a super tackle in the 23rd minute. Continuing their run, the team from Jaipur made it 6 points in a row to lead 15-13 in Mumbai.
Any hopes that the holders had held faded away in the second half. The rival raiders who were forced to go for points went in deep and paid the penalty. Ran Singh came up with his best performance to date with five points. The most valuable of those was when he pushed PlayerNameTeamLost1 out to take the score to 25-21, the match was decided. At 24-21 and just a minute or more left the door closed in on the Dabang Delhi.
Jaipur Pink Panthers after an attacking first half switched their strategy to concentrate on defence after resumption. With their rivals too needing to attack laying traps for them was easy.
The losing side’s attack also lacked teeth with Kashi just about scoring 3and Sachin contributing only 2 points.
